Snowmobile parts
The snowmobile front parts and fuel tank have
high impact strength and resistance to sub-zero temperatures.
The tank complies with the requirements of the SSCC test and the
SAE standard. In spite of the complex design, the structure is
a one-piece, seam-free molding. The product has different kinds
of surface qualities. The visible parts have been embossed, other
parts are smooth.

Boat seat
The boat seat is light and extremely durable.
It is designed the most exacting conditions and according to Scandinavian
taste. The surface of the seat is roughened and the color chosen
to suit the overall appearance. A unique, non-removable sticker
is attached to the product during the molding phase of production
and metal inserts
are installed in the seat base for attaching the stand. |

Boat Fittings
Most of the fittings used in the boat are rotationally
molded plastic.
There are 10 rotationally molded items in the boat, such as, the
consoles, which have built-in storage compartments, the seats
and back rest are also molded as is the fishing rod box. The rotational
molding technique can be used in many ways to enhance the modern
design of the boat interior. |

Plastic Cover
Juncar's trailer has durable rotationally moulded
cover. Cover is solid plastic to prevent deformation caused by
thermal expansion. Construction is stiff even in lift-up position
due to cavity runner moulded to the edges of the cover and new
type of hinges. |

Tractor Air Inlet
Duct
The tractor inlet duct is rotationally
molded plastic, which enables it to withstand variations in temperature
and pressure. The rotational molding technique also allows the
duct to be specifically shaped to fit inside the tractor's engine
cover.
